Called on Saturday morning at 9am, my boiler was leaking, Paul came out to me at 10.30am, told me it needed a new part, a few days later Nathan came to replace the part, fantastic service from start to finish, I would definitely recommend these guys
Incompetent and lazy
Deliberately couldn’t be bothered to clear Spirotrap and on complaint sent a second 8ft moron dishonest woke who refused because he was ill equipped to do the job stating that he wasn’t a plumber ! Don’t be fooled by the 5* blurb. They only want the easy jobs. You have been warned ,

It is unfortunate that both of our highly trained gas engineers were unable to clean out your incorrectly installed magnetic filter.
We have however commended both of the engineers on their customer care skills as they remained polite and courteous throughout, despite being faced with a torrent of verbal abuse from you.
We at DHC pride ourselves on having a long history of 5 star customer care spanning nearly 3 decades.
Needless to say we will not be inviting you to join us and we wish you well with all of your future boiler breakdowns.

Great service
We’ve been with DHC for a while now since our first house. Paul and Rob have always been quick to respond and resolved our issues. Recently, we needed to remove and replace several radiators in the house and despite hitting some challenges, they’ve completed the job to a great standard as always!
