Heating fixed at -2 degrees today
No heating at 10:00. Called DHC under the maintenance cover agreement. The engineer was here by 11:30 with blockage cleared and switch replaced and back with warmth by 12:30. It is always a nice team that visit for the annual service and I would and do recommend this company highly.
Boiler issue
Excellent response. Excellent customer service, as always. New pump installed, and after several attempts boiler kick in. Thank you Rob.
