These chaps are phenomenal, been with them for 20 years plus. Nothing is too much trouble. Always arrive on time, 100% professional. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Always Great Service
Reliable and knowledgeable. Will come out promptly. I find them happy to schedule times for call outs and servicing to suit me. Sometimes more than one of the team visit and they always get the boiler working! Been using them for years and no reason to go elsewhere.
No heating/water
Signed up to a maintenance contract after a new boiler install two years ago. Today heating and hot water failed. Spoke to DHC and they had someone with me within 90 minutes. Pump replaced and heating/hot water restored within 30 minutes of arrival. Great service, highly recommended.
No hot water
Woke up Sat to no hot water. Rang Paul who came out within 2 hours. Fixed the problem and also serviced the boiler which was due anyway. We have been using DHC for 11 years and highly recommend. Always polite and friendly. Thank you
Heating fixed at -2 degrees today
No heating at 10:00. Called DHC under the maintenance cover agreement. The engineer was here by 11:30 with blockage cleared and switch replaced and back with warmth by 12:30. It is always a nice team that visit for the annual service and I would and do recommend this company highly.
